Position: Kitchen Assistants (Full time)
Location: 2 Waringin Park
Hours: 11:00am – 8:00pm (with breaks)
Pay: $2,000
Kitchen Assistant (Food Prep & Packing)
Job Scope:
- Prepare raw ingredients (mainly cutting and portioning meats)
- Pack and label food items accurately
- Dehydrate meat treats and cook pet meals according to preparation guidelines
- Wash and clean equipment, tools, and workstations
- Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Dispose of refuse and manage waste properly
- Receive, check, and store incoming supplies
- Ensure proper food handling and storage (e.g. cold chain, FIFO)
- Assist with stock arrangement and basic inventory
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Support the team with general kitchen duties as required

- 进行食品包装及贴标签
- 按照标准流程制作风干肉零食及烹煮宠物餐
- 清洗用具、设备及工作台
- 保持厨房整体清洁与卫生
- 处理垃圾及废弃物
- 接收、检查及储存货物
- 确保食品正确储存（如冷藏管理、先进先出）
- 协助整理库存及简单盘点
- 遵守食品安全与卫生规范
- 根据需要协助其他厨房工作
