Lead Time

Wholesome Paws treats are made as fresh as possible when order and payment are received. Stock availability is based on supply and seasonality. 

Kindly allow 10 - 14 days lead time to produce your order if it is out of stock, before it is sent out.

We require a lead time of at least 3 days for meatzzas as we have a maximum number we can do a day. Please contact us to ensure that we are able to meet your requested date.

Self Pick-Up

Wholesome Paws offers self pick-up only at our flagship store at Waringin Park.

Upon checking out, please choose the "local pickup" so that you would not be charged for shipping.

Please check with us to ensure that your order is in stock and we can arrange a pick-up date and time.

 

Shipping

Standard Shipping ($5)

• Free for orders above $50 that do not contain frozen or third-party products.
• Free for orders above $150 that contain third-party products.
• Fulfilled by third party vendors, e.g. Singpost, NinjaVan etc...
• Estimated to deliver within 1-3 working days after shipped.

Express Delivery ($15)

• Complimentary express delivery is available for orders above S$150 containing frozen or fragile products only. This excludes third-party products, seasonal specials, catering orders, and custom-made items.
• Express deliveries are outsourced to be fulfilled via third-party courier services such as Lalamove or GrabExpress, etc.
• Unless otherwise arranged, all express deliveries (paid and complimentary) are scheduled Saturdays and Sundays between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, subject to courier availability and delivery costs not exceeding S$15.
• Same-day delivery and specific delivery time requests may be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed. All such requests are subject to courier availability and the prevailing delivery charges on the courier app at the time of booking, or any delivery fee agreed upon in advance.
• Please allow 3–4 hour delivery window, even for scheduled deliveries.
• Cakes and other fragile items will be delivered by car only. Non-fragile items, such as bone broths and Meatzzas, may be delivered by motorcycle.
• An insulated Styrofoam box is available upon request at S$5 per box.
• Wholesome Paws is not liable for any damage, delays, loss, or mishandling that occurs during transit, including delays due to peak periods, adverse weather, traffic conditions, or the inability to secure a courier.
