Lead Time

Wholesome Paws treats are made as fresh as possible when order and payment are received. Stock availability is based on supply and seasonality. 

Kindly allow 10 - 14 days lead time to produce your order if it is out of stock, before it is sent out.

We require a lead time of at least 3 days for meatzzas as we have a maximum number we can do a day. Please contact us to ensure that we are able to meet your requested date.

Self Pick-Up

Wholesome Paws offers self pick-up only at our flagship store at Waringin Park.

Upon checking out, please choose the "local pickup" so that you would not be charged for shipping.

Please check with us to ensure that your order is in stock and we can arrange a pick-up date and time.

 

Shipping

Standard Shipping ($4)

• Free for orders above $40 that do not contain frozen or third-party products.
• Free for orders above $140 that contain third-party products.
• Fulfilled by third party vendors, e.g. NinjaVan and QXpress.
• Estimated to deliver within 1-3 working days after shipped.

Express Delivery ($14)

• Free for orders above $140 that contain frozen or fragile products.
• Fulfilled by third party vendors, e.g. Lalamove or GrabExpress.
• Free deliveries are on Saturdays & Sundays 3-7pm unless special arrangements are made & delivery costs $14 or less via 3rd party apps.
• Same day delivery. Please note that this may not be arranged for immediate delivery before the agreed date and time. We will not be responsible for any damages to your order while in transit. We will also not be responsible if delivery is late because of peak seasons, or because we are unable to secure a driver.
• Please allow a 3 - 4 hour time frame for delivery.
  
• Non-fragile items like bone broths or meatzzas may be delivered by bike.
