Wholesome Paws
Bone Broth
Bone Broth
- Available in beef, pork, duck or salmon
- Bone marrow which help builds immunity and provides oxygen to cells
- Packed with collagen that repairs the body
Wholesome Broths are slowly simmered for about 72 hrs with a splash of organic, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar which helps to draw out all the good stuff from the bones. Fats are skimmed off several times before the broth continues simmering over the stove, until many of the bones are literally soft enough to crush by hand. The whole process takes at least 3 days, and it's then packed into freezer-safe, BPA-free bottles.
Packed with gelatin, calcium, silicon, sulphur, magnesium and phosphorus, glucosamine, chondroitin, hyaluronic acid & glycine (just to name a few), the benefits of bone broths are countless: High in nutritional values, supports immunity, aids digestive issues, helps liver detox, great joint & mobility supplement, prevents leaky guts (just to name a few). It ultimately helps to build a strong and healthy gut, which is vital to your dog's health. Bone Broth is Nature's multivitamins!
Wholesome bone broths also receive a collagen boost! You'd be happy to know that it gives the body the ability to repair itself. Collagen is part of our connective tissue and is often regarded as the "glue" that makes the body work and keeps it together. Together with keratin, it strengthens the skin's resilience. Many human hotpot restaurants now sell collagen soups for the reason that it maintains moisture and is responsible for muscle and skin tone.
Bone marrow is used for our beef broth and this contains myeloid and lymphoid stem cells, which form the foundations to red and white blood cells that build immunity and provides oxygen to cells.
We've been making bone broth for our own dogs for years and have always brewed it for rescue dogs we help with, to improve their health. And now, we're bringing it to you!
If your dog isn't allergic, it would be great to try the different broths as each comes with its own health properties and benefits.
Please note that this is a frozen item and can only be sent via same-day courier delivery or picked up in our store.
Not suitable for dogs with kidney disease as bone broths are high in phosphorus!
